# Space used by Synology Drive Client on Mac

I have Synology Drive Client v 3.2.1 running on my Mac. Looks like it’s taking up a large amount of drive space on my startup disk. Is there a way to change this?

Are you using on demand Sync or regular sync for drive?

is it syncing ~16 gigs of files?

The Home folder is being backed up which is around 650 GB. (The folder on the NAS where it’s being backed up to is 2.3 GB which doesn’t make sense but everything is there.)
