2 days for 200GB backup transfer?!

What is the standard write/read speed of using SHR without SSD and upgraded Ethernet port? I just set up my DS923+ with 4x 22TB Seagate IronWolf Pros. Was excited to start backing up officially and the first folder was 200GB approx. - estimated time 2+ days and SUPER SLOW!

Any leads and suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Yea, update other parts of your network to run faster than 1Gb. There are USB 3 to ethernet adapters for computers that can give you 2.5 - 5Gb connection speeds. If it’s NAS to NAS there is a migration package that might be helpful.
