7.2.2-72806 update 2 DS220j (Hyper Backup issue)

I have just performed this update.
There is a release note associated with this update which suggests:

To enhance product security, the following packages will require a manual update after this release. Please go to the Package Center and click Repair to install the latest versions:

Synology Drive Server 3.5.1-26102
Replication Service 1.3.0-0423

However, on going to Package Center in DSM, I do not see an option “Repair” nor in Synology Drive nor do I have Replication Service.
What am I missing here?

Perhaps nothing. You might have installed these version earlier, after DSM 7.2.2 Update 1

You can install the Synology Driver Server from your downloads page.

Have you installed Replication Service (does it show as installed in Package Center)? Replication Service is a core service that offers the ability to replicate taken snapshots from the source to the destination.

Thanks. I already have Synology Drive Server installed (and in use) but there is no Replication Service option (j series DSM perhaps?)

Another issue arises with this update to 7.2.2 which is somewhat concerning.
This morning as part of my Sunday morning routine, I went to perform a Hyper Backup to an attached EXT4 formatted directly attached 4TB SAN disk (USB port on rear of the NAS) but it couldn’t mount the device. This has worked perfectly well for months - it performed correctly last Sunday - and the only thing that has changed is the update 2.
There is nothing wrong with the SAN disk. I managed to mount it to my Debian 12 PC and it was instantly recognised and is populated with the backup files from the NAS and there is plenty of space still available.
I also sought the option with Hyper Backup to use rsync to backup to the SAN disk attached to the PC but that option seems not available.
What is going on at Synology? Is it because this is a j DSM version or is it now time to start considering alternatives and if so, which?

EDIT:
Ooops! This may have actually been user error… The SAN drive comes with a USB C connector and a USB adapter for USB A. Reconnected the USB adapter to fit in to the NAS which this time seemed to click in to place et voila! it was recognised this time.
Faith restored :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I’m not fully sure, but I believe that Replication Service is tied to the Snapshot Replication package, which falls outside of the DS220j.
