I occasionally get bluescreen on boot, on my laptop. Mostly “DEVICE_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL”, which indicates driver problem. Sometimes messages may vary, like “SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION” on TKFsAv64.sys.
Whenever this happens, Synology ABB Agent malfunctions; When I launch agent manually, it shows like “Could not upgrade backup service. try reinstalling agent”.
I suspect ABB causes bluescreen on boot, because:
- The only thing I (re)installed recently was ABB Agent,
- ABB Recovery media caused bluescreen in the past,
- Every time when bluescreen occurs, ABB Agent malfunctions, without any exceptions.
Here’s my hardware spec:
- Windows 10 Pro
- AMD Ryzen 7 4800H 2.90Ghz
- 32GB RAM
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
- Using V3 365 antivirus. (It’s Korean antivirus)
There were no event log, just got “Kernal-power”.
Anyone having same issue?
