Cannot connect to DSM

Hey y’all I’m new to the NAS world but have owned my ds423+ for almost a year now and have had no issues until this week.
I cannot access any files from the connected network, nor can I access the NAS via DSM.
I can get to the log in page from every device, every browser, but when I hit log in, it only buffers. Eternally.
Really need help and ideas for trouble shooting. Can’t find anyone with a similar issue where the NAS appears to be running perfectly.
