Cloud Sync and Admin Account

I get this warning every log in

However, if I disable the Admin Account, I then get an error in Cloud Sync since I was logged in as Admin when I set up Cloud Sync.

Is there a way to transfer the settings from the Admin Account to a user with Admin privileges without having to set up the sync tasks over?

I am currently not using Cloud Sync, but my first guess is to look at the Settings page in Cloud Sync.
