Docker Firewall rules help

I need help from some people smarter than me, currenty i have a docker container on port 9865 that i am trying to prevent from accessing the internet back cant seem to figure it out, im using a UDM pro for firewall set up and if i use the ip of my nas plus the port of the container nothing gets blocked same goes for using the synology firewall system, i also looked at the networking tab for container manager and saw the subnet for that and i tried blocking that nothing changes what am. i doing wrong ?

It seems that you like to block outgoing traffic. Most firewalls block incoming traffic only.

I tried the other way as well, its weird becuase when i specify a IP it works as expected, when i add the port though is when nothing happens, or other in or out
