I have 4 Seagate Iron Wolf NAS drives. Is there a suggestion as to how long before I should consider replacing them? They are about 3 years old right now.

I am using hard drives now for more than 8 years with synology NAS. you can use it until they got failed. or if you have doubt about reliablity of hard drives. you may purchase new same drives and replace it one-by-one every week. this process you may follow every five years.
