DS3622xs+ SATA SSD RAID10 real throughput

I am looking to purchase a DS3622xs+. I want to put 12-4TB 550MB/s SATA SSDs in the unit and assign all 12 to a RAID 10 Array. I know I am wasting potential disk space but I need to accomplish maximum throughput.

I want to confirm with this setup that I will be able to accomplish close to 3,000MB/s throughput in the unit.

I plan to add a dual 10Gbe PCIe card to the unit and max out the memory. I will then link aggregate the four 10Gbe connections (two native NICS and the two PCIe NICS).

I want to make sure that I can saturate two-three of the NICS (1,000MB/s each connection) before the unit even blinks.

Am I on the right path? Does anyone have real world experience witht his?
