DSM blank screen on Mac

I am able to connect to drives with my Mac but when opening DSM it shows a blank screen. I can log into NAS on Synology site but unable to update DSM. Any suggestions?

I have just encountered this issue with my nas and my iMac mini did you or anyone else have a solution?

It could be that you did not add the port number in the URL in the browser. Default port numbers are 5000 for http and 5001 for https.

For example: http://nas_id_address:5000
