DSM Login issue (You are not authorized to use this service.) with good credentials

Hi,

I have an issue with the DSM login. I use my admin credentials to log in to NAS, and everything works well, but after a specific amount of time while I am on DSM, the NAS kicks me out with the message “You are not authorized to use this service.”
I checked everything, including the autoblock setting and application privileges. I deleted the admin user and created a new one, and I reinstalled DSM software, but I still have the same issue.
Do you have a solution for me ?
Thanks

  1. Is there a specific service or function you are trying to access when this happens?

  2. Is the default admin account disabled, as recommended?

  3. Can you describe the “reinstallation” of the DSM software and DSM version?

  4. How are you tring to access the NAS, via direct ethernet connection computer-to-NAS; via ethernet over a LAN; via remote access; some other means?

  5. Are you using DSM to do this or some other means such as PuTTY?

Hi,
Yes admin account is disabled and I created a new one.
I reinstalled the latest DSM 7.2.2-72806 for NAS DS923+.
I am trying to access the NAS locally via ethernet. I used Putty to test the credentials, and everything worked well; however, as I described above, I have issues with the DSM web platform.
Thanks!
