I just have Synology NAS DS1621+. How do I make use of Synology NAS to access Mac files in PC or to access PC files in Mac? Which Synology packages can be use to address this request?

So the only way to do this with the NAS would be to store the files on the NAS itself.

If you don’t want to store the files on the NAS then you will want to setup a file sever on each of the computers and Macs that you are looking to connect to.
