How does drive client continuous backup handle deletions from the source?

When I delete or modify a file on my source drives, how does the Drive Client deal with that in the continuous backup? Are the changes reflected? Is the file removed/replaced on the NAS? Or do I have to manually make the changes? I know I could test this myself but the NAS is currently backing up a half million large files and I don’t want to disturb it until it’s done. I disabled versioning, btw.

Ideally, I wanted the NAS to keep a current mirror of my PC drives contents. Before purchasing the NAS, I was using robocopy which worked fine but there’s no redundancy with it so I opted to get a NAS.

Thanks for any replies…

Depends upon how you set it up. See the Knowledge Center for options.

Thanks. I did have it setup exactly as I wanted after all. I just purchased the nas days ago and never played with one before, so I apologize for the stupid questions.
