How to back up select folders or single file

I just got new Synology connect to my PC. I can use Active Backup to backup up all from my HD. But I want just back up by select any folders or single file . Not sure which package need to install or any instruction to do so.

Use the Active Backup for Business/File Server option. You probably want an SMB server.

Synology Drive Backup may better meet your needs, or alternately, Windows File History (if this is a Windows PC).
