Hyper Backup: Exception occurred while backing up data. (The backup destination does not exist.)

I want to give Hyper Backup a second chance after long time not using. But I run in problems.

I want to make offsite backups. I use Hetzner “Storage Box” (German company). I managed to do 4 backups which are all max. 300 GB large. The 2 remaining backup tasks are 1 and 1,3 TB large. Thy always stop with error message “Exception occurred while backing up data. (The backup destination does not exist.)”. But I can reach backup destination using SMB. Problem occurs then backup size is about 300 to 500 GB large. I tried many times (repeating and starting from scratch). I never managed to backup more than 500 GB.

My internet connection is stable and not so slow (40 Mbit upstream).

Is it a know Hyper Backup problem?

Problem is solved. Hetzner fixed something. Maybe it was a special problem with rsync protocol. SMB did work.
