Hyperbackup Explorer not working

Hi, I’m having issues with hyperbackup explorer. I use hyperbackup to backup daily to a BackBlaze S3 bucket endpoint. I need to verify that I can recover data in the event of a NAS failure. I had been under the impression that ‘hyperbackup explorer’ was the tool I needed to do this. However, it appears to only support backups to the local filesystem or to the Synology C2 service. In addition, the app crashes if I attempt to use the Synology C2 option. Am I missing something? Or do I need to find a different backup solution? I’d prefer NOT to be locked into a proprietary ecosystem like hyperbackup. Thanks a lot!

IIRC, you must download the full backup from the cloud, and then connect to it from HBE to recover your data.
