Is there a way to get my iPhone to download all my photo’s automatically into Synology photos? They only are downloading if I select manually in the app on the iPhone. I am leaving the app open, my iPhone is set to “never” turn off screen.

Have you installed the Synology Photos Mobile app on your iPhone and set up the backup feature?
Yes I have installed it. It starts to download and then stops. Have to start it again and it stops.

Same problem here. I hope a solution is recommended. I have not found an automatic backup without manually opening the app.
Is there a photos backup option that does not require the user to open the Synology Photos app?
