Jellyfin Community Package

Hello - hoping someone can guide me. I would like to install Jellyfin via the Community package center. I have a few questions regarding the setup:

  1. Should I install this package using the admin account or my regular account?

  2. When creating the Jellyfin account - should I create it using the my regular Synology account or create a non-associated Jellyfin account?

  3. How do I create Jellyfin users to give them access to the media (yes, these folks are also have Synology accounts).
