I Keep getting this error almost every night. Any idea what it could be?

This message will be followed later by a message from Synology saying that connection to …Synology.me has been resumed at “time, date” otherwise your system would still be inaccessible.
I have Hyperfiber and the service is fast and generally good but they periodically (every few weeks) upgrade systems and equipment and notify me in advance that service can be interrupted from 2am to 4am. When this happens I get the message you asked about followed later by the message that it resumed.
If your internet is not going down, then you have something in your network that is interrupting access to the NAS.
