OpenVPN not hiding ip on Mac but hiding it on iPhone

Hi,
I have setup OpenVPN on my NAS in Canada (FULL Tunnel), it seems to hyde by IP when I connect to it from my iPhone but not from a Mac, but not on all website.

when in other country, try to access the Service Utility Web Site (Hydro-Quebec), get the following:

HQ

try to access my compagny Office365 account:

MS

How come OpenVPN hides my foring country on iPhone but not on Mac and on Mac it hides for Office365 but not for Hydro-Quebec ?

Hi,
here is more information.

When I use MY IP LOCATION => Where am I based on my IP?
Both Bit Defender VPN and OpenVPN locate my IP in the right city (not where I am but where the VPN server is located). So this confirm OpenVPN hide my current location.

But I guess the Service Utility has a Deep Packet Inspection system able to look at something telling them the original location.
