Reverse proxy - logging of activity

Hi,
I have set up a reverse proxy environment with two Synologys (DS713+ and DS1522+) where I run some Wordpress sites. Everything works fine but I would like to be able to see the proxy activity/traffic some way. The proxy server (DS713+) runs DSM 7.1.1.
Is it possible to activate NGINX logging for the reverse proxy and easily view its contents? (via e.g Log Center)
