I am trying to implement a backup program for my parent’s desktop. I have set up ABB to run nightly at 3am as well as Synology Drive Backup to backup the user folder continuously. Operating these backups independently works great. However, when both backups are set to run, ABB is unable to complete and gives me error code 21. Reading online, this error code is usually an issue with shadow copy storage space, so I made sure that VSS was enabled (it wasn’t) and first added 5% storage allotment, and then later changed that to 20%. That backup still won’t run.
What am I missing?
