Hello - I have just spun up a DS923+ and migrating several TB of data from my TrueNas box. My main use case is image storage for a LrC instance on my desktop machine. I am new to Synology. With TrueNas I set this up with an SMB share and everything worked as it should. DSM has quite a few more capabilities like Synology Drive. I’m wondering if anyone can share their setup for processing large image sets and if the SMB share is still the best way to go. I’m not sure how or if drive will even work. If you’re a Lightroom Classic user and have any insight I would appreciate it. I’m an experienced hardware and software guy I am just trying to get this going without a lot of testing or disappointment. Thanks!
