I’ve set up Secure Signin for all of my users (family) - I love the fact that this is 2FA and you don’t need to memorize your password. How do I log in if anyone looses their phone and or get a new phone?

I believe you had to supply a backup method of logging in or perhaps were instructed to download a set up backup codes.
