Hi everyone,
I have been locked out of my NAS (forgot password). I followed Wills YouTube video of the soft reset using my encryption code and all looked ok…untiul I restarted the NAS and tried to log back in.
Now I am back to square one and keep getting the ‘logged out, tried too many times contact administrator’ etc, etc…
Any help greatly appreciated.
