I just watched your video about setting up synology for editing Final Cut Pro. From doing some research, a lot of people recommend not putting a Final Cut Pro library on a network drive at all (and there are work around about mounting afps drive). From what I can see your smb changes on video seem to work fine so should be ok to just put the Final Cut Pro library on the nas.
I recently moved to a unas pro from synology as main device, but there are no real options (it’s essentially SMB on or off). Are there any concerns with editing Final Cut Pro library directly from the unas pro?
