Can you post a link to the video so we all know what you are referring to?

This sounds like a firewall issue. Can you download the plugin to your computer and then install it manually? This will go around your firewall. If it works then its the firewall.

Thinking of the router ?

if i use wordpress auto installation which is located in the Package Center. Then it works

Then what’s the problem? It’s not clear. If you have an install pathway that works, why not stick with it?

Looks like you are trying to install via FTP, but nothing is filled in.
