I’m looking for some advice. I want to set up a Zimaboard 832 with at least PiHole and Zabbix. Zabbix is available as a container, an appliance and a package installation. I’m not sure how best to do the install. The Zimaboard comes with an Intel Celeron N3450 (4 cores, 1.1-2.2 GHz) and only 8Gb of RAM, so the resources are limited. First, I don’t know if it can efficiently handle these apps and others; but if it can, what’s the best way to install onto Zimaboard?
It seems that adding Zabbix as a container to CasaOS would be the simplest way but it looks like it’s not a simple install because I’m guessing there are several containers that will be needed to run Zabbix (Zabbix server, Zabbix frontend, Zabbix gateway, etc.). Searching the internet it looks like a popular way might be a bare-metal install of Proxmox onto the ZB and then a Debian VM on top and then a Zabbix appliance install using the terminal (Konsole) in Debian. Note: There is no information that I could find about anyone installing Zabbix on a Zimaboard. Any insights on a best strategy are much appreciated,
